Yes. Dimensions, wood, fabric and cushion firmness are all adjustable, and two rounds of drawing revisions are included in every commission.

We do. Tell us the room count in your request and we will put a single project manager on it, with staged delivery if you need it.

Kiln-dried solid white oak, walnut and ash, finished in oak, walnut or black ash. No veneer, no MDF, anywhere in the frame.

Dust with a dry cloth and re-apply hard-wax oil once a year. We include a small tin with every wooden piece and will post more free of charge.

Every bolt we buy is rated 60,000+ Martindale rub count and woven in Biella. Leather is full-grain aniline and will patina rather than wear through.

Slightly, with the seasons — that is solid timber behaving correctly. Joinery is cut to allow it, so nothing splits or loosens.

Two people bring the piece into the room you choose, assemble it, inspect it with you, and leave with all packaging.

Nationwide as standard. International commissions are quoted case by case and crated for freight.

Included on commissions over $2,500. Below that it is a flat fee quoted with your estimate, based on distance and access.

Send photos of stairs, doorways and lifts with your request. We measure against them before building and will adjust the design if needed.

Because each piece is built for you, commissions are not returnable once the build starts. You can cancel for a full refund any time before we cut timber.

Ten years on frames and joinery, five years on suspension and cushion cores, two years on fabric and leather against manufacturing defects.

Tell the delivery team or email us within 48 hours. We repair on site where possible and rebuild at our cost where not.

Always. Send us photos at any age and we will re-upholster, re-oil or re-joint — often for the cost of materials alone.
